- Choose from three different servo control interface options:
- ATS Systems? Accu-Smart™ AC servo control communicating with your machine?s CNC control via M-code is portable from machine to machine, easy to retrofit to existing machines, provides the most accurate angular positioning and rotary cutting, but not simultaneous movement with other axes.
- ATS Systems? Accu-Smart™ and optional Direct-Connect™ software for online communication via RS232 with most CNC controls allows all rotary moves to be programmed in the standard 3-axis CNC and communicated to the Accu-Smart™ as the machining program requires, providing near 4th axis capability. There is no second control programming required. Just as it is with M-code, the system is portable from machine to machine, easy to retrofit to existing machines, provides the most accurate angular positioniong and rotary cutting, but not simultaneous movement with other axes.
- When purchased with a new machine, the machine builder can drive the rotary table motion with a four-axis CNC control.
