3-Jaw Scroll Chucks for SMW rotary tables. These flat back chucks include an adapter to fit the spindle nose of the rotary tables. Reversible hard top-jaws are included.

4-Jaw Chucks
8-inch diameter independent-jaw-chucks for SMW rotary tables. One piece hard jaws are reversible.

Chuck Actuators for Power Chucks
Pneumatic actuator with drawbar that mounts on the rear of SMW?s rotary tables. Delivers 5200 Lbs. of pull/push with 1 inch of stroke. Actuator is shown mounted on the RT 275 with an SMW Systems UC2 quick-jaw-change chuck.

Faceplate for RT5C and RT5CL Indexers
T-slotted faceplate, 5 inches in diameter that attaches to the threaded spindle nose of the SMW 5C indexers.

Chuck for RT5C and RT5CL Indexers
3-jaw chuck, 4 inches in diameter that attaches to the threaded spindle nose of the SMW 5C indexers (5C collet not included).

5C Indexer with Extended Spindle
5C indexer with integral, 4-inch extended spindle. Used in applications where greater tool clearance is required around the collet.

Indexer with #40 Taper Spindle
RT 5C size indexer with a special spindle that accepts a #40 taper toolholder instead of a 5C collet (toolholder is not included).

Extended 5C Adapter for RT 160
5C collet adapter that is used with the SMW RT 160 to move the 5C collet 3.5 inches away for greater tool clearance.

Morse Taper #5 Adapter
Spindle adapter for the RT 160 rotary table that will lock onto a #5 Morse Taper.

Collet Closer Valve Manifold
Manifold that replaces the manually operated collet valve on RT 5C and RT 160 Indexers. This allows for the collet to be opened and closed by a remote solenoid or manual valve.

Soft Jaws
Soft top-jaws for the 3-jaw chucks shown below. Available only for the 8-inch and 12-inch diameter chucks.

Outboard Bearing Supports
Outboard bearing support for use with SMW?s tombstones and other rotary table fixtures. Designed to mount on SMW?s baseplates shown below. Bearing diameter is 1.378 to 1.379 inches (35mm).

Baseplates for Rotary Tables
Permanently align rotary tables with their outboard bearings and tailstocks, thus reducing setup time. The round keys on the bottom of each baseplate facilitate a quick setup of the entire system onto the VMC table. These baseplates are designed to mate with SMW rotary tables and outboard bearing supports.

Ready Made Fixtures
Cast iron, T-slotted tombstones that are ready to receive a variety of work-holding fixtures. Facilitates running HMC work on a VMC at a fraction of the cost. Fits SMW?s outboard bearing supports

Outboard Fixture Brake
This Outboard fixture support with integral brake provides 370 Ft-lbs. of additional braking for heavy machining. It features a pair of pre-loaded, high precision tapered roller bearings for rigidity and accuracy.
Connect it to the pneumatic brake system on any SMW indexer or rotary table and it will lock whenever the indexer brake sets. Designed to mount on baseplates shown on page 4.

Pneumatic Tailstocks
Pneumatic tailstocks that can be operated manually by the valve that is included or with a solenoid valve for automatic parts loading. They provide 2.2 lbs. of pushing force for every 1 PSI of air pressure.
A through hole of 10mm is provided to knock out the live or dead center.
